With the release of the Hilux GR Sport variant, the venerable Toyota Hilux will soar to new heights in terms of performance, ride comfort, and commanding appearance. Thanks to the larger track and notable handling characteristic upgrades, this Hilux is the best-driving one yet, both on and off road. A sizable, darkened grille with a prominent center crossbar, adorned with a GR emblem, sits in between the LED headlights and fog lamps that are positioned lower in a bumper a la Raider. Wider over-fenders are also worn by the GR-Sport for a more commanding appearance. In addition to the standard active and passive safety systems found in the Hilux range, which includes 7 airbags, the GR-Sport receives Toyota Safety Sense (TSS). This suite includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert (LDA) and Pre-Collision System (PCS). Naturally, it is also equipped with ABS, VSC, EBD, Hill Assist Control (HAC) and Brake Assist.
