Executive - Rental Car Company
Job Description:
We are seeking an
experienced Operations Executive to join our growing rental car company. In
this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of
our rental locations, ensuring efficient and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
# Manage and coordinate the
activities of rental agents, and operational staff to provide excellent
customer service
# Monitor fleet availability and
oversee maintenance and cleaning schedules
# Analyse key performance metrics
such as utilization, damage rates, and turnaround times to identify areas for
improvement
# Collaborate with the marketing
teams to support promotional campaigns and special events
# Manage the inventories.
# Implement operational policies
and procedures to enhance productivity and safety
Qualifications
# 2-5 years of recent experience in operations
management with rental car companies in the UAE.
# Strong customer service orientation and
problem-solving skills in the regional market
# Excellent verbal and written communication
abilities in English and Arabic
# Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations
Management, or a related field
